SEMI E187 is SEMI's cybersecurity specification for fab equipment. WEISUN was certified in 2024 and added ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in 2025, both verifiable in review.
On the equipment side, we support CIM, Ethernet, SECS/GEM and PCB ECI links as your line requires; temperature, O2 and other data upload to your server per PCB ECI. Each oven has a PLC touch panel, and our monitoring software handles live data, safety control and history lookup.
Pressure vessels: rated 12 kgf/cm² design and 10 kgf/cm² max working pressure, leaving a safety margin; they meet Taiwan, China and Vietnam standards, and doors open only when fully vented.

Connected via SECS/GEM, EAP or MES, an oven becomes a node on the fab network, so equipment cybersecurity is part of tool qualification.
