Design to Installation
WEISUN takes an oven from inquiry to production in six steps: custom design, sheet metal, assembly, QA, packing and on-site installation. Design starts from your process: temperature, uniformity, cleanliness, O2, load size and loading. Sheet metal, assembly and QA happen in our Sanxia plant, 100% in Taiwan. The tabs cover each step, stage checkpoints, and service and retrofits.
6 Steps
1 Design
Temperature range, uniformity, cleanliness, O2, load size and loading (cart, AGV, robot). Site survey if needed; new build or retrofit is decided here.

2 Sheet metal
Made in our Sanxia plant.

3 Assembly
In-house; every oven gets a PLC touch panel.

4 QA inspection
Inspected in-house; only passed units ship.

5 Packing and shipping

6 On-site installation
Engineers position and hand over on site. Mobile line test units are factory-assembled and tested, so on site they need only positioning, power and a test run.
By Stage
Design
A spec built from your process: temperature range, uniformity, cleanliness, O2, load size and loading method (cart, AGV, robot).

Build and inspection
ISO 9001 certified since 2018. ERP since 2017; PLM and CRM since 2023, making schedules, drawings and project records traceable.

Installation
Every oven has a PLC touch panel for live temperature and status, with history lookup, and can upload temperature and O2 data to your IT server. SECS/GEM can be custom-developed for semiconductor and substrate tools to link with MES, EAP and ERP.
After Sales
Service
Sales answers what it can. Engineers check tech issues by phone or video, guiding remote meter or network tests if needed, then we quote. We close with preventive and quick-fix steps.

Upgrades
Ovens in use, any brand, can be connected. At a wafer test house we added PLCs to other-brand hot-air ovens, one central server replacing per-oven IPCs, and a screen for temperature, status and alarms. On site, one oven at a time, recipes unchanged: at least 3 days to 1 week less downtime than a factory return.
