Metal Heat Treatment
Metal part and mold heat treatment splits by temperature. Preheating, tempering and drying use convection; aging and annealing are temperature-sensitive; molds and ashing need sintering heat. WEISUN convection reaches 500°C (600°C custom) at ±0.1%FS for even hardness; sintering reaches 1200°C. Volume work loads on roll-in carts. Our first own-brand ovens (2009) served bicycle and metal hardware makers. Built in Taiwan to fit part size and flow.
Process Challenges
Challenge 1: Unstable temperature
Aging and annealing are sensitive; drift causes uneven hardness.

Challenge 2: High mold temperatures
Mold treatment and ashing exceed convection range.

Challenge 3: Slow loading
Moving large parts by hand slows batch changes.

Solution 1: ±0.1%FS accuracy
Japanese PID, triple over-temp protection.

Solution 2: 1200°C sintering
Two-side radiant heat, four insulation layers, for molds and ashing.

Solution 3: Roll-in carts
Carts roll in; one of two chambers heats while the other reloads.
Key Capabilities
High-temp convection control
Up to 500°C, 600°C custom. Japanese PID holds ±0.1%FS, so aging and annealing batches reach the same hardness.

1200°C sintering
Up to 1200°C with two-side radiant heat and four insulation layers, for molds, ashing and tempering.

Over-temp protection
Triple over-temp protection guards long hot runs; a reinforced liner resists distortion.

Roll-in carts, twin chambers
Carts roll in on insulated rails; two chambers run independently, one loading while the other heats.

Moisture exhaust
Ducting evens heat; a full-open damper clears post-wash moisture and solvent.
Service & Track Record
Integration: each oven has a PLC touch panel for live monitoring and history, and can upload temperature data to your IT server as a batch record.

Background: our first own-brand ovens in 2009 served bicycle and metal hardware makers, and our oven designs have taken roll-in carts since 1976.

Custom build: designed around part size and flow; sheet metal, assembly, QA and packing in our Sanxia factory, then on-site installation. Engineers diagnose by phone or video, then quote repairs.
