Sintering, Degassing
Energy and advanced material processes differ in temperature and atmosphere. MLCC, thermistor and filter baking stays under 500°C; sintering, tempering and melting run hotter; resins and porous materials need vacuum degassing. WEISUN matches the heat treatment: convection baking to 500°C at ±0.1%FS for narrow windows, sintering to 1200°C, and vacuum degassing to 5×10⁻³ Torr for moisture and solvent. In 2013 we co-developed a drying furnace with a solar partner. All built in Taiwan.
Process Challenges
Challenge 1: High-temp drift
MLCC and thermistor windows are narrow; drift alters properties.

Challenge 2: Beyond oven range
Sintering and melting exceed convection baking limits.

Challenge 3: Trapped gas
Resins and porous materials keep moisture and solvent at ambient pressure.

Solution 1: ±0.1%FS accuracy
Japanese PID with triple over-temp protection.

Solution 2: 1200°C sintering
Two-side radiant heat, four insulation layers, cool casing.

Solution 3: Vacuum degassing
Down to 5×10⁻³ Torr to pull out moisture and solvent.
Key Capabilities
Precise high-temp control
For narrow MLCC, thermistor and filter windows: convection baking to 500°C (600°C custom), Japanese PID at ±0.1%FS, triple over-temp protection.

1200°C sintering
For sintering, melting and tempering: up to 1200°C, two-side radiant heat, four insulation layers and a cool casing.

Vacuum degassing and drying
Vacuum down to 5×10⁻³ Torr pulls moisture and solvent from resins, porous and wet materials.

Water-free, low-oxidation treatment
A steam-reaction process holds about 500°C for long runs, with waste heat recovery, for coating and metal treatment.
Service & Track Record
Integration: each oven has a PLC touch panel for live monitoring and history, and can upload temperature and O2 data to your IT server as a batch record.

Track record: a 2013 drying furnace co-developed with a solar equipment partner to raise PV conversion efficiency.

Custom build: chamber and temperature range fit your material and volume. Design, sheet metal, assembly, QA and packing in our Sanxia factory, then on-site installation. Engineers diagnose by phone or video, then quote the repair.
