R&D and QA Tests
Lab and QA work differs from production: small lots, many materials, changing settings, and data to keep. WEISUN configures by test: compact convection chambers for drying and curing; vacuum degassing to 5×10⁻³ Torr for wet, porous or resin samples; sintering to 1200°C for ashing and tempering. For reliability, temperature-humidity testing and mobile test units.
Process Challenges
Challenge 1: Small samples, big ovens
Production ovens waste heat-up time and capacity.

Challenge 2: Trapped bubbles
Resins dried at normal pressure keep bubbles.

Challenge 3: Long unattended tests
In 20-hour tests, a control fault can ruin samples or risk safety.

Solution 1: Compact chambers
Small R&D lots run without tying up production ovens.

Solution 2: Vacuum degassing
Degassing under vacuum, down to 5×10⁻³ Torr.

Solution 3: Live monitoring
PLC touch panel: live temperature, reviewable history.
Key Capabilities
Vacuum degassing and drying
Wet, porous and resin samples dry under vacuum down to 5×10⁻³ Torr, releasing bubbles trapped at normal pressure.

1200°C sintering heat treatment
Up to 1200°C for ashing, preheating, tempering and melting; four insulation layers keep the casing cooler.

Temperature-humidity testing
For long R&D and QA runs: a non-metal P.P door gap cuts energy waste by over 1/4; dual-display PID control.

Mobile reliability testing
Test units move between line areas, RT+10–80°C, ±1.5°C at 70°C; multiple units can add a module that logs multi-point temperatures.
Service & Track Record
Integration: Each oven can carry a PLC touch panel that logs temperature and uploads to an IT server.

Track record: A major Taiwanese networking maker used dozens of foreign-brand ovens for pre-shipment tests; with age they overheated and smoldered. Tests run 20 hours at 90°C, unattended. WEISUN offered a retrofit; the customer chose new units. The first, a custom double-door oven, passed validation; the rest are under review.

Service: Local survey, design, build and upkeep; made in Taiwan. Engineers diagnose by phone or video, then quote repairs.
