- Key Technologies for 10ppm Oxidation Free
.Special decompression design: with appropriate air intake by an adjustable valve, the furnace can be kept at positive pressure to maintain an environment with low oxygen content.
.The airtightness of the cable outlet of tubular electric heating is enhanced by using a special sealing design for electric heating.
.Nitrogen throttling design: the ventilating circuit of nitrogen is divided into two parts (main/auxiliary), which can automatically control the flow rate.
.Cooling sandwich design: a special indirect cooling is used to maintain an oxidation free environment during cooling.
.Inner door design: there is an invisible wall of nitrogen formed, which not only blocks the entry of external air, but also prevents heat loss.
.The pipes connecting to external and door frames are filled with nitrogen for cooling while the waste heat from heat conduction is recovered to minimize energy consumption.
