The General Manager, Chen Wen-Han, of Weisun Industrial Co., Ltd. accepted the award on behalf of the company from the Minister of Economic Affairs, Wang Mei-Hua.
WEISUN Industrial Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of domestic automated dust-free and oxidation-free drying equipment, recently introduced its latest innovation, the Automated Dust-Free and Oxidation-Free Oven 3.0 (ANWOL-5S-4D series), which includes Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). This product received the 29th Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Research Award, organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The award ceremony took place on November 16th.
Continuous technical and innovative advancements are made in the drying and machinery aspects, enhancing machine models and mechanisms.
Chen Wen-Han expressed that in order to enhance the competitiveness of their products in the market and to gain recognition for their continuous innovation in product technology, the company decided to participate in the selection application of the 29th Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Research Award organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in April this year. They are honored to have received official recognition through this award. In recent years, the company's R&D department and dedicated personnel have continuously worked on technological and innovative advancements in the drying and machinery aspects, as well as systematically planning related peripheral products. The developed series of automated dust-free and oxidation-free oven products are fully automated systems that can be combined with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and their handling platform design, feature automatic oven machine electrical design, and come with a remote-configurable Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system. Simultaneously, they can directly upload relevant data to the server, achieving the goal of an automated and unmanned factory.
Continuing to innovate and develop high-end products allows us to more efficiently meet the diverse demands in the field of drying.
The company's products have entered the market with a focus on meeting the demands for automation in the semiconductor and high-end printed circuit board (PCB) industries, emphasizing technological innovation over traditional methods and transitioning to digital information creation, transmission, and utilization. They have integrated peripheral products, moving from semi-automated to fully automated mechanisms. The company has also combined ovens with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) to create a demonstration site for an unmanned factory, ultimately enhancing their customers' manufacturing efficiency. Riding the wave of the Industry 4.0 trend in recent years, these multifaceted efforts have allowed the company's products to gradually distance themselves from price-based competition, relying on their technological advantages.
Accumulating experience in meeting drying demands across various industries and adapting to the growing ESG trend for energy savings, the company believes that continued innovation and development of high-end products will allow them to more efficiently meet the diverse drying requirements across different sectors. This approach aligns with the philosophy of sustainable business operations.
About the Automated Dust-Free and Oxidation-Free Oven 3.0 and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV):
Catering to the needs of semiconductor and printed circuit board (PCB) factories, this product integrates the demands of the Internet of Things (IoT) and unmanned factories. Apart from the development of various oven patent technologies, it also integrates automation and IoT technologies into oven equipment. By interfacing with the hardware and software of AGV unmanned vehicles, the company provides process equipment for PCB board factories that operates without human intervention.
Equipment Applications:
For wafer plants or PCB factories with clean room requirements of Grade 100 or above for oxygen-free or related processes, such as LCD processing, furnace tubes, wafer testing, light guide panels, IC, transistors, diodes, LEDs, backlight modules, and fixture baking, for industries that require baking in a dust-free and oxidation-free environment.
Key Technologies:
Fully Automated Oven System: Equipped with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and their handling platform design (loading/unloading components), automatic oven machine electrical design with remote settings, and a system-human machine interface.
Unmanned Baking Process Integration: In addition to providing electronic records for the baking process, it can monitor real-time baking data for each oven, and by outputting sensor and control parameters and planning AGV routes, it achieves unmanned operation and quality control for upstream and downstream processes.
These technologies include two US and Taiwanese invention patents and have obtained patent application priority through Taiwanese new-type patents, totaling three patent acquisitions.
